Creative Exchanges Scholarship Competition
The exciting CHA-UK “Creative Exchanges” concept is being launched in April this year through the inaugural Creative Exchanges International Conference for Designers, Demonstrators and Educationalists in Coventry.
In conjunction with the above, the CHA-UK is delighted to announce the introduction of their Creative Exchanges Scholarship competition, allowing one lucky winner to be awarded a fantastic career boosting bundle of prizes including a free place at the above Creative Exchanges event as well as a range of craft supplies, work placements and mentoring. Two runners-up will also receive a prize of craft supplies as well as mentoring to help them boost their business for the year ahead.
The Creative Exchanges Scholarship competition is open to applicants from all creative fields including papercraft, soft crafts and cake decorating. To enter, simply send a brief overview of you, your business and your aspirations for the year ahead combined with your creative resume with a link to your blog or website and 2-3 examples of your work to firstname.lastname@example.org
The competition will be judged by a panel of craft experts from the CHA-UK board of directors including Craig De Souza, Director of Membership Services; award winning Creative Entrepreneur, Sarah Hurley; craft publisher Anna Davenport; beading expert Carolyn Schulz; Sue Balfour, director of leading craft company Katy Sue Designs plus guest judge Sara Naumann, who has herself had a successful and varied career in the craft industry.
The winner will be announced on the first evening of the Creative Exchanges International Weekend at the Coventry Holiday Inn in Coventry.
